WOODFORD CAR HIRE ARE ******* AND ****MERS!!

Woodford Springfield Park is so reckless with peoples.monies when they deduct from your credit account. I hired a car totalled rental for 3 days was R1752.00 and deposit was R5000...so total.deducted initial was R6752.00. On the 3rd day I call the branch wanted to extend by 1 day.... but they deducted R2373.50 for that one day. I called them back to tell them since they messed around with my account...I am cancelling everything and brought their car as per initial agreement. They promised give back all my R7373.00 include the deposit...in the next 3 to 5 working days as per normal pay back process....they didnt even consider the inconvenience they have caused me. However on the credit account now...I am receiving R6752.00 where is the rest of my money. I want my noney. I WILL NEVER EVER REFER ANY OF PEOPLE CLOSE TO ME TO HIRE AT ANY WOODFORD. I HEARD THAT THIS IS NOT 1ST INCIDENT.
