Woodford Car Hire
Cars are excellent, pick up and delivery is great, I just left 3 stars because they charged extra kilometers for bringing the car few days earlier still within my rental kilometers, andfollow up on queries or complaints is non existent. . At first they send u some whatsapp where you are promised some MD intervention but none whatsoever.. you will never receive a reply. .as for customer service the only reply you ever receive is the acknowledgement of your email and that's that.. Terrible.
