Woodford - Car Hire.
The online booking was perfect. - straightforward.
On arrival to receive the car was a challenge. As a first-time time, Woodford car hire customers.
There asking me for paper work. 1. Bank statements. 2. Company details 3. Etc
If this paper work was not available the vehicle cannot be released.
Why Is this not informed prior to arrival. This can cause a huge inconvenience.
