The entire process was hassle free. Only problem I had when returning the vehicle was that the guy checking the vehicle did not read the document but immediately asked me if had a puncture. I asked him to bread the document that was checked when we took the vehicle and it clearly indicated that the hub cap was not on the rim when we lwdt with the car, but was in the cubby which was noted by the lady checkung the vehicle before we drove off. Otherwise, all was good
