Woodford are ******

<p>I had issues with my car and BMW had my car towed away to be repaired. They unfortunately arranged a rental car for me from the biggest ******you'll ever meet. Woodford Car rentals. I was in an accident with their rental vehicle and upon me calling to report the accident, they deducted R20 000 from my credit card without my consent . They said I had to pay an exorbitanat excess fee of R30 000 per accident. What a *******! What kind of insurance is that, over and above that they do not cover third party. Nonethelss after paying them the R30000, they deducted a further R3000 which they refuse to refund. They have been lying saying they will have it refunded for the past week and never get back to me. So I have been ****med by these people, as they have promised to refund the extra money they deducted. What is truly unfortunate is the fact that BMW associates themselves with these ******, they continue to do business with people who rip their customers off. Clearly BMW does not value their customers. One less customer....</p>
