He even assisted us to get a trolley for our luggage. Thank you for the exceptional customer care . Very polite, helpful and professional. You are definitely an asset to Woodford. Keep up the good service. Also, we appreciate Logan's assistance when he handed over the vehicle to us. Gave us the assurance that all will be well and offered us assistance if we had any problem. We wish the reception staff (possible trainee)had dealt with us was as efficiently as these 2 gentleman. She handed me the keys for a Haval and said it was a starlet that I initially requested, thus delaying the process. Another lady at reception thereafter had to assist me and she reassured me by her actions that she knew what she was doing. Thank you
