I have been a Woodford client for many years. I have usually been ver happy with their services. This must have been the exception. The Car I requested was not what I received and when I queries it the constant was insistent that the phrase or something similar meant at their discretion. The far I got was too small and too light and uncomfortable. I still think Woodford is good value for money and will probably use them I future Some of their staff need adjustments
