Will Never Use them again.

I booked and paid for a car online 2 days before I needed it.<br> Got to their office at OR Tambo, asked for my car and confirmed that I had booked and paid for a GPS.<br> Was told they do not have a GPS, and I would be getting a different car. Then the guy could not use the computer correctly and had to keep redoing things and ask the other guy for help. After about 2 hours they finally found a GPS, and I went to get my car. Saw the car was different to the one I had booked & smaller on the inside as well as the boot. I had previously told the guy that I was picking up my client who was a tall person with suitcases that is why I had chosen the car I had. I then went back to the office to inform them that this car would not work for me. The guy had serious attitude and gave me another car that was better suited. It took me over 2 hours to get my hired car that I had pre-booked and paid for. <br> <br> Then I received my tax invoice via email and suddenly I am being charged a daily rate of CLOSE ON 67% HIGHER. It's nearly a week ago that I returned the car and they still have not released my deposit.<br> Worse service I have ever had. <br> They send me an email asking me to use Hellopeter.<br>
