Why Buy Cars / ***** On My Account

I have had a lease from Woodford Car Hire / Why Buy Cars for 3 months, my previous post in this regard has not been resolved.

I obtained a new lease from them earlier in November, my next payment to them is due mid December. This morning I woke up to two charges on my bank account, after previously instructing them that no charges may be presented to my bank account, and that invoices for payment must be submitted to me 7 days in advance to ensure payment.

I further made it clear that any attempt to debit any of my bank accounts in future will be considered *****. The amounts debited was for more than R3000

I have raised the previous issues again, and awaiting a reply
