Well done Woodford - Great Service

Was worried about using Woodford after seeing some bad reviews however our experience was great. Had originally booked pick up and Cape Town airport but luckily they allowed us to amend (for free) the pickup from the newly opened office in central Cape Town. Ryan at the Airport pick was so professional and helpful. The Cape Town office was also brilliant. We wanted a specific car (Toyota Collora Quest) for the big boot and we got that. The staff told us they advise us to remove the hub caps as would be expensive for us if ****** and we loose some deposit. - he did this for us. The car was clean, worked perfectly and no issues at all - we did over 1200 miles! Dropped car back to their office in Hilton Hotel Sandton - again, so easy - just parked up outside hotel reception and desk was in lobby - quick check of everything and in 5 mins we were done with confirmation email saying deposit would be paid back - and it was in few days in full - though we kept that car extremely clean and even dusted out car mats before handing over in case. Overall great service and couldn't fault it - well done Woodford!
