Well done Woodford!

After having been let down by another car hire company, I contacted Woodford in a hurry. I needed a car for a family holiday the very same afternoon. The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. She sorted out my problem quickly and gave me a discount that I did not ask for and that she really did not have to. When I got to OR Tambo to pick up the car, I was helped by Shernice Doorasamy who gave me unusually personal service. I was not sure that the car that was available was large enough and she went with me to the parking bay with the key so that I could examine the car before signing for it. They facilitated my dropping the car off at a convenient branch on my return. I don't know why I even considered the competitor. Well done Woodford!
