Wayne - Woodford Car Hire

Apart from the ease of booking and driving off in a rental. I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Wayne Naidoo from the Cape Town International branch. We forgot my daughters cell phone in the renal we used. We only realised once we arrived home (Jhb). After sending an email to find out if they had come across the phone, Wayne took the initiative and made an effort to track the phone. The car had already been rented out so Wayne called the renter and arranged for the phone to be dropped with him the next day. He also assisted with packaging the phone for courier collection and called me as the phone was collected to verify if I used that specific courier company.
