Overcharged for fuel again. 2 of last 3 rentals this has happened with Woodford. Check your invoice attentively! In both instances they charged for more fuel used than km traveled with normal vehicle consumption. On this particular Toyota Corolla Cross rental they charged 48 litres on 315km traveled, average consumption works out to 15.2L/100km.

On the previous overcharge they later refunded about R600, and now I have to deal with their useless customer service again. That took them more than 2 weeks. Also, no gesture of goodwill or formal apology followed.
