Warning: ************* Company 1. They gave me the wrong car. 2. Requested for an extension but they closed the account seeing that they can get more money instead of extending the contract. 3. Waited two hours at Sandton office as they pretended to attempt to contact their manager (who was not available) to rectify a billing issue. 4. After leaving they send an e-mail next day stating Please note that once the contract has been closed we are unable to re-open the contract. I do apologize Nothing about their mistakes, my money gone just like that. 5. Not recieved my deposit. I inquire the response is that it will not show in my bank statement (how do you lie to someone like this) stall even more by asking me what my banking details are! After taking my money from my credit card you ask me what my banking details so you follow up. 6. They dont even know their auto responce in hellopeter does not show the e-mail for followups. They dont care. Do not go there.
