Wait for Woodford

The authorization hold on my credit card has not been cleared for 32 days now, despite Woodford indicating on their website that it shouldn't take longer than 10 (the guy receiving the vehicle back said it should be within 3 days). My enquiries to Woodford (first one 6 days ago - ***) remain unanswered. Rest of service OK.
