Very Satisfied Customer.

This is 2nd time of hiring car from Woodford at Cape Town airport. The rental was for 27 days so a presentable and reliable car was important. The counter was quite busy but he formalities were completed without any issues. We were loaded and on the road in about 30 minutes, not bad for a busy airport. The rental car was very good. No damage, all wheels in perfect condition. A very clean and well presented vehicle. The car had recorded about 7000kms. and performed perfectly. On our return the checking in staff were most helpful, completing documents in minutes. Being aware that we were 'seniors' and with heavy baggage we were taken straight to 'departures' by a member of staff without any request to do so. Our credit card 'deposits' were refunded to account with a couple of days. Altogether a very satisfied customer. We will use Woodford when we visit next year.
