Have used Woodford at Cape Town Airport several times before and they are by far the best hire firm there, having used at least once all of the others. They have a high standard of service where the customer is highly respected and you feel part of the Woodford family when you return to friendly staff whenever another car hire is required. I have never had an issue with extra charges except once in returning the car just within the office close time hours and by the agreed return time where an extra day was charged on my card some time later but this was rectified by the duty manager my next visit with a nice car hire upgrade once I explained the return lane was not staffed at the previous hire return. I continue to use this company twice a year when I visit CT and cannot imagine going elsewhere.
