Very Poor business Ethics

They are the worst car hire,I booked a car to be delivered at 08h00am for Saturday morning, They called me the day before to confirm delivery address and time.Booom come Saturday They don't even call me to let me know they are running late,I had to call them the person who was assisting I could tell she was lying she said the drivers are out for delivery, the next thing she said maybe they are coming to me then,30 minutes later I check on them again I found a guy gave him my reservation he checks boom it's there and for seconds he is talking to the driver asking them why are they sitting while they have a delivery for 8h00 am then he ,noticed I could hear their conversation he played music to my ear then he comes back lying to me saying they don't have drivers as soon as someone comes he will tell them to deliver the car for me and he will arrive at 10h30am and I got ****ed off I told him it not on already I'm running late and hangup on him.a few monents later he let some other guy to call me .to tell me the other driver reported off sick they are unde rstaff,I asked him is it my problem or yours if that's the case why must I call you to find out what's the problem he just said sorry I mean already I am late they don't even care ,the is no sense of emergency to them.
