I rented a car at the OR Thambo branch. 'Check in' went smoothly, no issues. I then dropped the car off a week later. I was told the reversal on my credit card would take 7-10 working days. I woke up the next day to see it had already been reversed! I am pleasantly surprised. Will definitely use them again.
