Very Good can be Excellent!!!

There is a great deal of good happening at Woodford (Umhlanga) and my overall experience has been positive. Everything is well-organized on paper and equally impressive in person. However, I would like to mention one area for improvement: the process of entering the offices and collecting the vehicle took slightly longer than expected. I hope this can be reviewed for future customers. To Sheldon you are a *star* a real MVP. Your customer service is top tier please keep up the excellent work.

This was my first time hiring a car, and I will most likely use Woodford again. I am now awaiting the refund of my deposit and trust that this process will also be smooth.
