Very disappointed: Charged for damages I did not Cause

Very bad service, I hired a car on the 13-17 June at Ushaka Aiport and was charged for damages I did not cause. They alleged the person who inspected alerted me of the damage on return of the vehicle yet nothing of this sort happened. My family who were with me were surpised when I even told them this, as they were present. The guy who inspected the car indictaed all was in order and told us it was fine for us to go when he had finished checking the vehicle.

I was charged for damages I did not cause and those in the customer care supposed to help when I made a query, indicated they cannot help.

I will never ever hire from Woodford, I now agree totally with the saying: "Cheap is expensive" - their price was cheap when I rented but I ended up paying way more than I could have paid elsewhere. This will be my first and last interaction with Woodford Car Hire.

One lost very disappointed customer!
