Useless

As a person who regularly hires cars, I thought I would try Woodford. From day 1 the experience was terrible. I booked my car for the 24th of April and when I got to the OR Tambo airport was told cars are finished, even though I had made the booking and paid 4 days earlier. Waited for more than an hour… the initial lady who was assisting was rude with an attitude. I ended up being late for my plans. Returned the car on the 27th, for the first time in my history of hiring cars, had to wait for about 20 minutes for the guy to complete his inspection, he kept on pointing at pre existing scratches and each time I had to go back to previous photos to prove they were there already. Until he picked up a minor dent on the driver door. I could not find a picture previously taken that shows the exact angle, neither could he, so he showed me a picture with that angle taken on 09 March which is crazy to say the least. Now they tell me, they will claim against it. Never again use this company
