Upon arrival at OR Tambo with a LOT of luggage and 2 little ones, we were informed that the SUV we asked for when we booked the vehicle wasn't available anymore. Luckily, the very friendly and helpful lady at the information desk, *Jezica* , organized a Kombi with lots of space for all of us. We were very relieved and grateful.
