Unusual experience

Check out was a bit slow but the staff very pleasant. Was surprised that there was no physical documentation at the car check out just asked for 2 electronic signatures. I had no idea what I was signing for. On receiving the vehicle there was considerable superficial damage. Multiple chip marks on the bodywork and windscreen and many sc****s and scuff marks. I photographed as much as I could but in the gloomy parking garage a forensic inspection was not possible. Again no paperwork documenting blemishes to the vehicle, although the agent did take photos. Apart from the above the vehicle was fine, just strange to only have documentation e-mailed to me which was user unfriendly as I was travelling.
