Unsafe High Risk Accident Rental

Worst experience I have ever had with a car rental company as a frequent traveller. I have received the hired vehicle with a lose steering wheel, broken hooter as well as cruise control that did not work. I have reported it the same night with no assistance, phoned the Woodford ORT branch where I collected the vehicle and I was assured of a new vehicle and never received it. Phoned the following day and again assured the same. I will NOT recommend this company.
