Unprofessional

Booked, paid in advance and completed express collection documents online. Arrived at 18:00 to pick up vehicle at OR Tambo. Front desk sent me to the guys at the Parking Bay to collect vehicle. Vehicle was not at the bay, got told it will be there in 10 minutes. Vehicle arrived at 20:00, no checks were done, all in a hurry. Terrible experience
