Unnoticed Damages

I always used woodford regardless of the price, just because it’s simple, efficient and great service. My last experience was dreadful. The vehicle mileage didn’t match the chart sheet, when we returned the vehicle we got an email after 4 hours stating that there were unnoticed damages and I don’t recall damaging anything , and after 3 weeks saw my account was debited. This is ridiculous
