Unhappy customer

I found a car to hire. I called and chatted to a lady who said my car was available. I went to pay the day before picking up to save time. Was told the car I wanted was not available. Showed me a smaller car which I reluctantly agreed to. Then charged for something which was not explained to me. When picking up car today a different car was given to me. Smaller again. Now I cant fit my stuff in. No managers to speak to. The car I hired for 8 days will be returned today and I will use another company. Will not use Woodford Car Hire again. Terrible service.
