Unhappy client

Worst experience I have ever received from a service provider - received the wrong car, was promised that the issue would be resolved, had to call the helpline, phone the branch, sent an email and even went online to ask for help but had no assistance and no joy from anyone. On dropping the vehicle off a few days later I called the manager to tell him my story and while he promised to get back to me, surprise surprise, I never heard a thing. I would never recommend the company to anyone, even in a crisis.
