Unhappy client

I had great experience with Woodford Car Hire from the time you book whether online or in store, only problem is when you suppose to get your deposit back, my last booking was on the 30th of July to the 1st of August. I dropped the car on the 1st @9h15 am up to date the deposit has not been cleared on my account of which I was promised it will be cleared after 72hrs
