They are the worst rental company in South Africa. Their business ethics leaves a lot to be desired. I was charged for dent repairs amounting to R10 500 , which were not there when the car was picked up. This is after I had insisted on paying the additional daily surcharge rate for insuring the vehicle against such any such damage. Furthermore they took R12 000 off my card which they have failed to return to date . Am quite convinced that the people who are giving them good reviews must be related to the or they are being paid to do so.
