Uncertisfied With Finance Department

My heart is very sore due to the fact that i left woodford car hire to tempest car hire even thou Tempest is cheaper but I was very comfortable and happy with Woodford's rates and their services at OR Tambo, untill they decided to rob me my refund for the days that i canceled/reduced. The fact that they can't even explain what happened to my money makes me sick. I just wanted to know were my money went with a simple break down. But i decided to have peace that surpasses all the understanding.
