Unauthorised debit order by WOODFORD.

So, it seems like actually Woodford doesn't truly care about their customers after all, after I have reviewed them, they came back here with an automated reply and still speaks of regaining the trust.

I called them yesterday demanding my invoice for the ******** debit that they did on my account and also call them to account for the transaction ,i spoke with them 15 minutes on the line and the lady I was speaking to initially said R1 100.00 extra that I was charged for is for airport taxes since well the pick was at the airport ,then I asked if those taxes charge this much ,She went and consulted and make me to hold 10 minutes on the line before coming with the reply that the amount is actually for returning the car an hour late ,which i still find it funny because the same Woodford kind interpret the same charges on the invoice created by them .

I asked if is it a good practice to hold my 5k deposit and further go to my account unauthorized to deduct and extra 2.4k, is this how Woodford conduct their business? Still, I don't have an answer and 7 days later i am still without my holding deposit, charged for an extra day for returning the car an hour late, only received my invoice yesterday which can't be interpreted by the compilers themselves.

honestly, I won't recommend this rental company to anyone, they don't have customer care and they're a **** that doesn't disclose all their charges to the client, I rather pay extra 100 rand to a reputable company and reserve my energy, than booking Woodford, they are so unprofessional.
