Unacceptable Service - Understating and Delaying Refund

<p>l recently hired a vehicle from these company. l returned the vehicle on the advised date in the same condition l had taken it in. I acknowledged that l had done 118kms over the 200kms l was allocated and was prepared to pay for exceedig the mileage. They informed me that l would receive my deposit back in 24hrs after the mileage deduction. l received the invoice from them electronically the same day confirming all was recorded and the car was checked, all was fine. l have been waiting 72 hours and no refund. When l called their finance they issued me with the wrong amount l had paid as the holding amount so l had to correct them and they stated that the car was still "on rental" which was strange considering l had returned it already!!! When l pushed them to check they informed me that their system was offline! l don't know what **** they are playing but l just want my refund back! Based on the negative rating and reviews on google l should have checked before going to this car rental company! l regret ever dealing with them and l will never make the same mistake twice!!</p>
