Umngeni Woodford Car Hire Lies about Refund Processing.

These people are very cruel. They are lying about processing the refunds. I had to drive to their branch over and over again. Until I called the head office where I was informed that no refund due to me was ever processed. The guy by the name of Rakesh at Woodford umngeni can not be trusted with our monies. I have been driving up and down calling now and then, when I reach their offices he’s been telling me that the refund is processed which was all a lie. He only processed it today because I was furiously angry and asked to speak to a manager.
