Umhlanga/Springfield Branch Service Quality.
Excellent service provided by Umhlanga Manager Desigan,went out of his way to assist me.He has excellent customer service,was polite and very accommodating.However,the manager and some front office staff at your Springfield Park Branch needs to up their service and communication skills.iwould suggest your Umhlanga Manager Desigan retrain them on their customer communication skills , as theirs are lacking.
