*****ulent use of Credit Card deposit

I would definitely not recommend Woodford Car Hire as they *****ulously used my credit card deposit to charge me with E tolls that I have never been through. I wrote several mail to sort this issue out and all they can say is that they have transfered the case to their"Risk Department". They have sitting on my case for weeks now
