Took it empty and supposed to return it full

I took the vehicle which was showing like is full and immediately I left the airport, the vehicle was no longer full, I called the office and they told me it is my fault. I also complaint to the person who received the vehicle when I return and he, said sorry for that.. Why people doing this to your own loyal customers..
