Time and again they do not give me the car I booked
Time and again they do not give me the car I booked. It’s always excuses and they give you a car of below rank. They don’t respect their customers. The King Shaka International branch is the worst of the worst. They undermine people based on their appearances. They confirm a booking for the car and they will only tell you when you get there that they don’t have it. Why not REJECT the booking so that I can go to the next car rental agency. You’re not the only one. I will never ever book again with you.
