<p>hired a car and got good rates and friendly service. Car was clean with about 25000km on the clock. When returning the car I filled up and the guy accepting the car confirmed that the tank was full and all was in order. About 15 minutes after leaving the place I get an invoice for around R300 for the rental for the day. A week later a get charged R91 from this company. I called to ask why and they say I should call head office. Head office is useless and the lady was unhelpful and unable to assist, she just said the car needed fuel. She sits behind a desk 1400km from where I hired the car how can she tell me I needed fuel! I phoned the branch from where I hired from, Cape Town, and they confirmed the car was signed in with a full tank of fuel as they have that document on record. They also not sure why I got charged the money. R91 may seam like a little money but that is *******. If they do it to everyone in the hope that half the people don't go through the effort of getting their money back then they will be *****ing it!</p>
