They WILL ***** your money
Returned vehicle on 4 Dec already. They don't put a hold on your card like ethical companies, they take a full transaction of 5k. 3 calls to this company - empty promises on getting my 5K deposit back. ********* *******. First **** promised to send proof of payment. Never happened. Second **** promised to find out what's going on and call me back, never happened. Third **** said I will have my money today, still didn't happen. Don't touch this company with 10 foot pole - rather go to Avis or Europcar.
