There’s room for improvement

Overall the service with Woodford is awesome , I’ve been a client for years but this time I noticed mathematical errors on what was invoice to me and the actual amount charged on my credit car, a R2 is not much for one client but compiled in thousands make a substantial value. Secondly one of the things that attracted me to Woodford was the fact that I’d get my money back within two hours of dropping off the car , which is never the case now and I have to wait 3 days before that happens
