There's just something weird about this claim

There's just something weird about this claim. I tried to speak to Nkosinathi requesting for a video but it seems my request is falling on deaf ears. I hired a car and returned it. They inspected it and was told everything was fine. Then this guy from Woodford Sandton went to inspect it and was told me there's a chip on the Windscreen. I don't have a problem paying for it. All I’m requesting was to ask for the Video that was taken before i took it. I dont know if I did a good job when i inspected the car prior to my taking it. Now, when i request the video and this Nkosinathi guys seems to ignore me.
