I actually kept him waiting but he was friendly and assured me to take my time and get sorted, the ride to the hotel was comfortable and joyful - had we shared some laughs. Was treated very well - the car was so clean! and smelt so fresh and new. Had an excellent experience -it was my first time traveling with Woodford -i would do it again!!!
