The worst service by Woodford Car Hire- Expired car registration number plus number plate with no *****s

<div>I collected a hired car from Woodford OR Tambo airport with a temporary registration number. I called and asked when will they come with the permanent registration number as the temporary one had already expired on the 21st October 2021. They left me with the car that had expired registration number for 7 days. They then sent someone to come fit the registration plate on the 28th October 2021. However, the person did not come with the *****s to fit the plates. He put them and said I can use the car but they will send someone to come with the *****s to tighten the plates. This never happened until they came to collect the car on the 05th November 2021. When I was driving the car before they collected it, the front plate came out abruptly and I app**** sudden brakes. Everything happened so fast. There were cars in-front and at the back. Suddenly after applying brakes I heard a loud noise that I did not know where it was coming from. But I later noticed that there was a small chip on the windscreen which I assumed that it was caused by the stone/any object from the cars that I almost got involved in an accident with when the plate came out of the car. I managed to measure the surface chip when I got home and it was less than 1 cm wide. I spoke to ***** about the issue of the number plate and he said everything will be checked when the car is collected. I drove the car without the front registration plate until it was collected. When collecting the car, they told me its R120 to fix the surface chip but Kiran sent me an invoice for R9832,50. It is a surface chip which is less than 1 cm wide not a star chip. This was their fault not mine. They never even apologized for endangering my life and those of other motorists. Now they also don't want to refund me my R1500. I will expose this on socials to warn other people. THE WORST TREATMENT BY WOODFORD CAR HIRE OR TAMBO.</div>
