From the moment the booking is confirmed they are in contact with you offering all the support you require. Having previously used Woodford Car Hire even the MD sends you her contact details in advance of you checking in, just in case you may require the number. But this is Woodford Car Hire, although smaller than its competitors treats you as number 1 in terms of customer support and service
