The staff was professional and provided great service when hiring the car and returning the car

The staff was professional and provided great service when hiring the car and returning the car. However, it the 3rd week now not receiving my deposit of R5000,00 and they keep on stating that they escalating the matter to headoffice/finance and have not returned with an ETA of when exactly I should receive my funds. So if you expect your funds to be returned much quicker then I won’t recommend them even though their staff members on the floor do provide a good level of service.
