I am grateful to Woodford Car Hire for the assistance provided in finding my forgotten spectacles in the rental car. Initially, I got frustrated with calls not getting responded to only to discover later that the problem was with the network cables at Cape Town International Airport. A big shoutout to Wayne Naidoo at the Cape Town Airport branch as well as to Kovilan from the Hatfield, Pretoria Branch who kept calling to assure me they were doing everything to find the lost item. My spectacles are back with me via courier services beautifully intact. Thanks Woodford!!! :-)
