The customer service and vehicles are excellent. From booking through to return of the vehicle nothing could be simpler. Even minor issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal time off the road.The staffs are particularly friendly, helpful and professional which makes the collection and returns extremely easy. Used them for 8 years now without any issues. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is it is difficult to contact Woodford after the hire if there are issues to be resolved.
