Thank you Woodford for a most professional and positive car hire experience

We hired a car from Woodford Car Hire at OR Tambo for a 5-day trip to Dullstroom. Hiring a car is not something I do very often so I was a little anxious at the necessity. I found the online booking process straightforward and got a great rate for the vehicle class (which was very competitive compared to others, and a bigger car). For a nominal extra charge I took the option which significantly reduced the amount required for the security deposit. I paid for the rental upfront using a debit card, and the deposit at the desk using a credit card. Collection was smooth and the staff friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the quality of the fleet Woodford had ready and waiting. The vehicle I got was exactly that which I had booked (Toyota Urban Cruiser), a new car with only 1250kms on the clock - it ran very well and was perfect for our needs. The return of the vehicle was once again smooth and efficient - I did not have time to refuel the vehicle but was happy to be without the hassle. The security deposit was removed from my account within 2 days, with the fuel charge billed accordingly. There was excellent communication via email and WhatsApp from Woodford throughout, which was both informative and useful to raise any potential issues or concerns. I cannot fault my experience with Woodford Car Hire in any way and would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.
